About Datacorp DataCorp was founded in 1992 by Mitchell Ogden in Peoria, Illinois. In 2000, it was moved to Farmington in an effort to give rural communities access to technology without having to drive to a big city. Since then, DataCorp has vastly expanded its services by providing web hosting, web design and more. The knowledgeable staff features a full time web master, graphic artist, and multiple technicians.
